Per the Intel 8XC196KC/8XC196KD user's manual from Intel (272238-001)  There are
a number of programming modes, and it goes on and on and on.  Of the three
methods of programming OTP, the one where an internal program starts up and
programs internal OTP from an external master EPROM seems quite handy.  Similar
to some of the Mot 68HC705 products.  I suggest you get this pub, as it is a
very complex device.
