To my knowledge, HI-TEC doesn't offer anything remotely resembling a C
compiler for $120.

I am not the original poster, but my read on it was that he was talking
about the CCS C compiler.  His mention of $120 is probably Aussie
dollars, which would roughly be $99 US, I think.

Just my guess.  I may be wrong.
