Since we are just a startup company, I am requesting from
some of you who have been in this business awhile, a
copy of your terms and conditions contract.

This is the contract that limits liability etc., and that states
that I get a fee for delivered product.

I'm in Canada, so one that is right with Canadian law would
be preferred.

Also, any advice on running a virtual engineering company
would be helpful.  What I mean is by using engineers in
remote locations to develop for customers I have here.

ie. Problems with hiring people in the USA, Europe, Australia,
etc. for remote development? Transaction of money for product?
Else?
