i moved MPLAB to my new box, which had a freshly reformatted HD and a new
Win95 install. the hangup i was experiencing went away, and MPLAB seems to
perform faultlessly. in fact, it is about the only thing that isn't crashing
down about my ears. death to Explorers, whatever their flavor!
