I have seen similar things in a 54 based project during simulation under NT 4.0. I Know, I Know, this OS is unsuppoorted but it was the one system I was not afraid to upgrade to play with while finishing some projects on the older system. I also see some problems crashing while doing a step over command. The breakpoints do not crash they just sometimes don't work or stop at an unrelated location. I also informed the local FAE here in MA of the things I have seen.
