I am developing a I2C bus on a 68HC11. I will be using PICs on
the peripherals. What is the least expensive PIC that has I2C on
board? Dose anyone know where a bit bang routine for a PC
parallel port is available and does are there any standard
documents for I2C?

I am new to the list and new to PICs so I mostly a consumer of
information on PICs at the present. This will change. I am a pretty
good source of information on embedded systems in general I have
been doing then for 10 years now.
