Yes.  In fact, I used their receiver source code and modified it to remove
patent infringement in a particular application (garage doors).  Their
decoders are basically PICs with this code already installed.

If you want any help, you need to go through your local sales office.
Source is not released to the general public but is available if you need
the information.
