Any idea where to get eLEEtFTP?

Yahoo, AltaVista and Lycos can't find it. Is it Shareware?

Another REALLY good one is            eLEEtFTP         , don't ask we why
it's called that.

It's just like using windows explorer,..... if that's a good thing.
