For a PIC17, does anybody have some example C or assembly code showing how
to move a block of memory from internal data registers to external RAM, and
from external RAM/ROM to internal data registers?

My best assesment of the documentation and samples in the datasheet would
have to be "convoluted and confusing."  A little help from someone who's
been there might shed some light.
