                        If you are on a low budget you can check out
CircuitMaker Design Suite. It
                        does schematic capture, mixed signal simulation
and PCB layout and
                        autorouter.

                        I only have a little bit of experience with the
simulator and it seems
                        acceptable for the price.

                        The price of the package is advertised at
US$549.00. A big advantage over
                        Protel98's ~5,000.00.
