You would probably have to split up the diffrent objects on the page eg text to a text file pictures to WMF, WPG or possibly BMP or TIFF at => 300dpi. Then reconstruct the document within Word. Current versions of Corel Draw probably read PDF's, but I don't know. This method assumes you have access to these fancy graphics packages, which aren't cheap! GhostScript will also convert PDF's to PS or EPS files. use the file called "PDF2PS.PS". Then something like GraphicConverter will convert from EPS/PS to a WMF (Windows Meta File). "PS2ASCII.PS" will extract the text content from a postcript file. This is the shareware method, nice and cheap, but a real pain in the neck. The obvious question though is why convert them in the first place? Acrobat Reader is free, Micro$oft Word isn't. How many do you need to convert? If it isn't too many I may be able to convert them for you. I have resources to convert between most formats.
