Ceramic resonators, like crystals and RC networks, connect to the pic to
provide timming and clocking pulses. These electrical pulses drive the pic
through its software instructions. Resonators are more accurate, but more
expenseive than rc networks; And they are less accurate but cheaper than
crystals (and maybe more reliable starting-up.)
