Microchip very kindly emailed me the new 3.32.18 version
as I was having trouble downloading the full 6.5MB in one
go.  I am impressed with their attention.

Unfortunately the email kept taking 30 mins then dropped out sometimes
near the end.  (It must be my internet service provider or lines which sometimes
drop out).

As a suggestion would it be better for say 1MB separate files, eg file1, file2,
 file3..7 to be
downloaded in separate chunks and let the setup take care of the multiple
files.

This would allow easy re-downloading of any file should your internet
service provider drop out, instead of having to start at the very beginning
trying to re-download one massive file.
