Can sombody point me in the right direction to measure frequency by
determining the length of a period range 3Hz to 850Hz I cant use the TMR0
cause its already busy with somthing else this gives minimum period length of
1176uS to a maximum period of 300000us

Confusion has now set in and brain is callaing for bed try again
tomrrow........
