Q: Are TIP-102 & TIP-107 good general purpose darlingtons for use as
switches? particularly for motor control or building H-Bridges?

I can get some from Tech America for $0.65 each.  If this is not
a good part or a good price, can anyone suggest something else from
either Digi-Key, Jameco, or Tech America?
