Sorry, but USB is much more complicated than something like RS232.
You need a special micro that has the USB FIFO built into it.  No PICs have
this yet.  There is a Cyrix chip that has it and an Intel chip (82930) that
has it.
You can get rev 1.0 of the USB spec from http://www.usb.org, but be wary
that some of the host side specifications will change in rev1.1.
