I'm considering using the 16C554 in an app. that will run on 3 Ni-Cd's
(3.6V) with a high (16-20Mhz) clock.  In reading the documentation, I have
not seen any reference to clock speed in relation to supply voltage.  Am I
missing something, or can you indeed run a 16C554 up to 20Mhz on 3.6 volts?
