PIC 16F84-04   - can someone tell me the minimum allowable
supply voltage for 4 MHz operation? (I usually run them at 5
volts but have a circuit (not my design) where the other
equipment runs at 3 volts so ..... )

I've looked in my data book (too old) and Microchip CDROM
(still too old) so now I'll cheat and ask y'all. (I could
try looking on the Microchip site but the idea of a 120 page
PDF download is not attractive). Yes, I also asked for the
latest CD when we were advised on the PICLIST that they
would be available and I'm still waiting hopefully.
