I would be best if you check the exact pixel clock that drive the video signal and sample at that frequency. In one of my project I was sampling from a RS170 camera. I checked two different cameras which the same horizontal frequency but with different pixel clock. when I sampled one of them with the clock of the other, I got some aliasing affect which looked like many vertical lines.
