As indicated this missive is --off topic--

I am looking for circuits (make or buy) that detect the presence of
powerlines of the 50/60 Hz persuasion.  These powerlines may or may not
be loaded, so probably have to detect the e-field as opposed to an
h-field.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.  Distance from powerline
will vary from inches to several feet.
