DOS and Windows 95/NT PIC16x8x Programmer Software by Nigel Goodwin.
Windows 32 bit version for use under Windows NT, or W95,
was ported by Andrew Jarman.

So now there is DOS, Windows, and NT drivers for the C84/F84
users and parallel port programmers.
