I am still trying to get my CD-ROM. I have emailed them 3 times since Cindy Trotto from Microchip posted top this list. I have had only one answer telling me that my CD will be "mailed out this week". Well, a week has passed, and still no CD. To make things look worse, I reside within the conntinental US! I may not be an engineer myself with purchasing power, but I *do* have influence over many engineers (potential customers) that I associate with. Great product, poor (so far) support. I want to thank the likes of Cindy and others at Microchip that have attempted to get the CD to me,, but I fear that matters aren't toally within their hands. I could just buy the CD from Digi-Key but who knows how up to date it will be. I also don't care to pay $4 for something that should be free. Just my $.02...
