PTM: Tell him that PIC 16F84 makes 1 MIPS with 4MHz clock and 2.5 MIPS
with 10 MHz clock ;) MIPS=Mega Instructions Per Second. This tells him
about as much as any other method used in publishing.
This IPS at last tels me how often this uP can made to change her mind and
how short pulses she can notice.
