I am currently researching the technology which allows the transmission of
data over power lines called Power Line Transmission.  Nortel and Norweb in
the United Kingdom have patented their particular version of this
technology, which they have called Digital PowerLine.  Unfortunately,
Nortel and Norweb are being very secretive about this technology.

My conclusions will be passed on to our client, which is a consortium of
electrical utilities.  If by chance you could help provide information on
