The excuses so far are too many
here is the last email I got from them
Though it does not mention they posted it the first time (on 9 Feb)
with the wrong customs forms (returned and resent 18 Feb)
but it does point out that they can't even get their email right

This is not the only occasion (in fact on every occasion)
that I've been sadly dissapointed in
their support (or lack of)

Mr. Cousens - I just learned today that your last email from Jeff
Schmoyer was not the one I intended him to sent.  What you should have
received was this:

"The PicBasic Pro Compiler was sent air mail as a letter in a padded
envelope that measures approximately 28 cm x 21 cm.  The insurance
receipt is numbered V-636 529 782.  We did not ship the Compiler until
02/09 because: (1) you told us to 'ship slowly (cheap),' so we assumed
you were in no hurry to receive it; and (2) we were in the process of
updating the Compiler and printed manual from the original version and
decided to wait unitl it was finished to send it (remember, we thought
you weren't in a hurry).  Had you not told us to 'ship slowly,' we
would
have sent the Compiler by International Express Mail, the manner in
which we sent your PicBasic Compiler last September, which would have
cost $24.00 instead of $10.00.  We are very sorry that your Compiler
has
gone astray, and we are attempting to track it.  In the meantime, if
you
want us to consider your order canceled, please say so and we will
credit your Visa account."  We are crediting the Visa account of
xxxxx today for US$159.95.
