Hi Look around carefully. Some serial eeprom will take care of the "ringbuffer". When you reach the end of memory it will start writing at the beginning. I don't have any details but I think the 24LCXX and the rest of that family do it. I have some 24C256 from Atmel and I think they do it too. Look around and I'm sure you'll find the answer.
