Does someone out there have code for a pic that enables the pic to accept
text file commands from a serial port to program another pic. I have looked
at the YAPP, but would like to be able to send read, write command and also
programming parameters for various pic devices.

Or, does anyone sell a pic that will do this?

Or, is it possible to install a bootloader into a pics' memory, like the 68hc11?
