That's not an array of diode protection on the ICEPIC pod- it's an array of
Ferrite beads for noise filtering. I assure you, it is quite easy to destroy
I/O on the ICEPIC if you do something really stupid. It's possible that the
Junior uses a filtered header instead of the beads but since I don't have
one, I don't know.
