If it's netscape 4.x,

select menu on the menu bar
select preferences
select the arrow on navigator
select applications
search and select Portable Document Format (I thin')
select edit
change the option to save to disk
select OK
select OK

I think that's it. Netscape 3.0 may be similar. I'm not sure about
IE.
