Was the March 10th PIC list digest truncated for everyone else?

Mine had 3 messages, the last one with an attachment subject:
Data Eeprom in 16f84

From the "Topics of the day" I could see there were a lot more
messages.  Is it my mail program or the List server that's at fault?
The posts I wanted to read were the 5 remaining on the subject:
