Except the price it sounds like the 68HC05K1. I bught and used them in 1992. Very friendly and easy to program. Also the cheapest development kit around those days. Data: 0.5 Kbyte ROM, 32 byte RAM, 8+2 bit I/O, NMI input, Watchdog, 8-bit timer w. prescaler. Maybe this is a new low-price version?
