Sorry, Richard, I didn't mean to sound "agressive." That's the trouble with
email sometimes. . . really, I'm just curious that there is this phenomenon
- which I do not doubt exists as per your description - and I'm trying to
think about how it would have to work.

The value of this list is that I'm always learning new things, from people
