It is pretty standard for all models.

Pin  Function

1        Ground 0V
2        +5V Supply
3        LCD Contrast Control
4        Command/Data Line
5        Read/Write Line (Strap to GND)
6        LCD Enable Line
7-10     Data Lines (4-Bit Mode)
11-14    Data Lines (4-Bit Mode)

The controller uses 80 bytes of display RAM (Hitachi 44780
Controller). It supports up to 40 Char X 2 Lines. The memory addresses
goes from 0 to 103. Each screen character resembles one byte.
