The keys are easily labelled with a printed paper insert. Although they do not offer full-travel keys, they have a lot of advantages for small-volume and proto work. Low cost, easy to install, no large cutout needed in panel (just a slot for the conns.) and they are splashproof. For 4x4 look at part #JY04E from Maplin elec UK (www.maplin.co.uk) jim
