Hi there PIC'ers

I have an old TX motherboard with quite a few
DRAM chips on it which I could use in latter
projects for storing data. I was wondering if there
is anyone who could help me with the pin-outs.

I've searched the web, with little success. The
two chips are MOSTEK MK4564N-20 and
OKI M3764A-15. From the little info I have found
these are 64K chips. Any help would be appreciated.
