Yes.

I use ICEPIC-32 under Windows 95 and have the add on dll for MPLAB. I have
not used it under MPLAB though. There is no reason to do so for me since
ICEPIC-32 software allows editing and compiling and assembling within
itself. I don't use the in-built ICEPIC editor though (which might be
NOTEPAD actually), I prefer to use CRISP.
