I fought a problem most of friday trying to get my picstart plus to
program a 621 in circuit.
Even tried the opamp circuit from the app note on in ckt programming.
All to no avail.

Microchips response - use a promate II with a serial probe
    (about $1000!)

I called Jeff to see if he had any ideas, and he said to try his Epic
programmer.  Only $60!

I got it Sunday via USPS express - (amazing in itself)

It works perfectly.  Programming 621s in circuit without problems.
