The design and Windows software are available at http://www.geocities.com/SiliconVally/Pines/6902/index.htm. I used 3904 and 3906 transistors. It worked very well first time, wich I can't say about others I tried. The software is really great. It will program a lot of different pics if you want to build the whole thing. I left out the Vpp2 and production circuits. Built it on a breadboard. John
