This may be [OT] but then again if the project turns out well I may
get asked to provide a PIC/LCD front end.

A colleague is looking to build an RF probe to measure very small RF
voltages (mV or uV) in the range 2-30MHz for a college project. Any
ideas on how to do this fairly cheaply and accurately.
