Can I get the consensus of opinion on the best PIC programmer to buy
out there?

It needs to be able to program at least the  16C74 and 16C5X.  So I
want it to be able program several varieties of PICs.  And I prefer
NT compatibility/RS232 interface.

So, give me your 2 cents worth everybody!
