Actually, the VF is really a darn good color TV set compared with other VFs I have seen. The accelerometer boards came out of this camera also. Stabilization was not required underwater, since the damping is very good, and a wide angle lens was used. There are two sensors mounted at right angles and a dual op amp. Powered by 5 volts, output analog. Outputs are digitized elsewhere and used to add to the video addresses in the RAM in such a way that the jitter from hand is cancelled. It is highly effective and noticable, especially at high zoom. I cannot give you any quantitative G specs on them. Same price. $65 I have only one left. One guy just bought 3 of them. -----Original Message----- From: Charles Hoss [SMTP:timothy@BEKES.HUNGARY.NET] Sent: Thursday, February 26, 1998 12:35 PM To: PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU Subject: Re: Accelerometers[OT] John Shreffler wrote: > > Was there someone who recently expressed an interest > in obtaining some small accelerometers?
