I have seen the complaints re Embedded Controller Handbook
and the CD ROM - I simply contacted our UK supplier, Future Electronics
in Manchester, tel: 0161 877 8844, who sent me both items, speedily and
 efficiently.

I would recommend getting your PICs from them if you are in the UK as they
seem to be very efficient.
