To anyone in the Netherlands...

Does any of you in the Netherlands know where I can buy pics for a
reasonable price (besides mailorder..)
In eindhoven they charge f20-30,= for a 18c84 (approx. $12.5 US) !!!
I know Conrad has them for about f12,= , but where else can I get 'em?
