Well I found the problem. Its this Printer Cable that I got from them. I plugged the PIC-1 Device directly into my Port and it worked! I didnt even need to build that 8pin addon. With the New PIC-1 Rev.3.0 It doesnt need that you can put the chip into the 16pin socket.
