Adi, I like the LMC660 (quad) and LMC662 (dual) for buffering sensors. It has a rail-rail output swing, 3mv offset, 0.002pA input bias, and works with single supplies up to 16V or dual supplies. It's pin compatible with the LM324, LM358, etc. It's faily cheap and is widely available.
