To the PICsters... I am new to the PIC and the PIC List. Question: When developing a project using a PICStart Plus and a 16C84/16F84, do you have to take the chip out of the programmer and put it in your project everytime a software change is made? I read the Microchip In-Circuit Serial Programming Manual and it says to program In-Circuit Serially, RB6 and RB7 must be isolated from the application circuit and held low while MCLR is raised from ViL to ViH.
