Hi Julio!
HPGL is a plotter language. Also a lot of laser and inkjet printers
understands it. If you have a plotter or printer that understands it you
can send it directly to it! Try using DOS "PRINT filename" or "COPY
filename LPT1:" commands. A lot of vector based garphic, CAD, illustration,
etc -programs can also import it.
