The short answer is:  all of them.

The long answer is:  We have had many discussions on the list about
PCB software - cheap vs expensive, powerful vs easy to use, etc. etc.


Are you using any PCB design package now?  What kind of money are you
willing to spend?  Costs range from free to US$5000 or so, and the
more expensive ones are not always better.  There are a number of
packages between US$100 and $1000, many with decent features.

I and others on the list can make some recommendations with a little
background info.
