Hi Guys

I have just completed my PIC-1 programmer from ITU Technologies.  It
works great and I recomend it to anyone.

I have one question perhaps other PIC-1 users can help me with.  I did
contact their support group but I thought it might be faster here.  How
do you set the fuses with this device?  I am looking to select different
oscillator configurations and I cannot find this info anywhere.  Do you
do it in your program?
