1) Running copper foil thru my laser printer scares me.  I would want
hear of testimonials that said it looked safe.
2) My experience with TEC 200 was that it was hard to get the toner to
separate from the base sheet.
3) I had the best succes (made several double sided protos) was using
gel paper from DynaArt Designs.  Yopu can look them up on the web.  Also
this paper is sold by DigiKey    http://www.digikey.com

I have not seen a technique I liked enough to consider it for production
boards.  I am happy with the ability to rapidly prototype.
